洪敬庭
Hong Ching Ting
Born in Taipei in 1993, he is a theatre maker and performer whose practice spans new media, performance, and floral art. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University and is currently pursuing an M.F.A. in New Media Art at Taipei National University of Arts (expected March 2026).
His artistic interests traverse history, politics, biology, and Ikebana (floral art). Building on his background as a floral designer, he currently explores how the styles of Ikebana and the cut-flower industry intertwine with global politics and histories of colonization especially in East Asia and Taiwan. His works shift between scales—from the intimate realm of personal and floral histories to the larger narratives of national identity and global politics.
